2. Our Services

Direct Path Real Estate, a trade name of WLP Investments Inc, is a real estate investment company. We buy single-family and multifamily properties directly from owners, nationwide, for cash or flexible terms. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers as agents, and nothing on this Site is an offer to list your property or a guarantee of any specific purchase price or terms.

3. No Obligation

Submitting a property inquiry or requesting a cash offer through this Site does not obligate you to sell, and does not obligate us to purchase your property. Any purchase is subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

This section governs your participation in the Direct Path Real Estate SMS text messaging program ("Program").

4.1 Program Description

By submitting your mobile phone number through our forms and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Direct Path Real Estate related to your property inquiry, including offer updates, requests for information, scheduling, and follow-up. 4.2 Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies depending on the status of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Direct Path Real Estate does not charge for text messages sent through the Program.

4.3 Opt-In

Consent to receive text messages is collected through an unchecked checkbox on our web forms. Consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4.4 Opt-Out
